The track was the most added song at adult album alternative, active rock and mainstream rock radio at the end of August. Cornell performed it Thursday on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

In drawings submitted Thursday to the Village of Lewiston, portions of Ellicott Development's proposed plaza have changed significantly. The northern building, No. 3, is now a two-story unit. The third floor is gone and, instead of 26 apartment units spread over two floors, the sketch calls for 13 two-bedroom dwellings on the second floor.

That has a lot of people from both communities furious and looking to fight to send National Fuel's idea far away.

The Lewiston Town Board listened, deliberated and, following hesitation, acted on the French Landing subdivision eyed for the east side of Lower River Road in northern Lewiston. The Town Board opted to table its approval of a final plat planned for the project.
