After a week of subzero temperatures and too much snow, get out of the house and come meet the dogs of the Siberian Husky Club of WNY. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sunday, they'll visit Niagara Falls State Park's Goat Island, outside of the Cave of the Winds "The World Changed Here" Pavilion.

The Niagara Military Affairs Council has established a scholarship named in honor of Merrell Lane, long-time chairman and co-founder of NIMAC. The annual scholarship will be awarded to enlisted members assigned to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station who are in pursuit of an aviation-related career.
