Break cabin fever with visit to Falls

After a week of subzero temperatures and too much snow, get out of the house and come meet the dogs of the Siberian Husky Club of WNY. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sunday, they’ll visit Niagara Falls State Park’s Goat Island, outside of the Cave of the Winds “The World Changed Here” Pavilion.

The event is free and open to the public. The beautiful dogs of winter will be on hand for a meet-and-greet and photos.

While at the park, be sure to get a glimpse of the famous “Frozen Falls” and visit the Cave of the Winds to learn more about the history of the park and the way Niagara Falls changed the world.

Weather-permitting, elevator rides to the gorge also will be available.
