Ashes-to-go times are noon to 1 p.m., and 5-6 p.m. In addition, all are welcome to attend the service at 7 p.m. in the historical cathedra located at 139 Pearl St., Buffalo.

When members of the Friends of the Library think of community service and volunteerism one person comes to mind: Mamie Simonson. She was the backbone of our organization for years. Not a project, fundraiser or event took place without Mamie Simonson's involvement and always with her beautiful smile. Mamie passed away in 2016 and is fondly remembered by all of us.
