St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral clergy will be in Cathedral Park to offer “ashes-to-go” and blessings to all who walk by on Wednesday. Ashes-to-go times are noon to 1 p.m., and 5-6 p.m. In addition, all are welcome to attend the service at 7 p.m. in the historical cathedra located at 139 Pearl St., Buffalo.
For all Catholics around the world, Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, which is a time of fasting, reflection and penitence.
