The Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA is hosting a "Solar Celebration," from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, inside Entrance 7. The pre-eclipse event is free and open to the public. The first 500 guests will receive a complimentary pair of approved solar eclipse viewing glasses to use on April 8.
