Buffalo State College has received the 2016 Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award from INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, the oldest and largest diversity-focused publication in higher education.
State Transportation Department announces GEICO sponsorship of 'Text Stops'

New York State Department of Transportation Commissioner Matthew J. Driscoll announced GEICO is sponsoring "Text Stops" along state highways operated by the department, helping to discourage texting while driving and providing nearly $1.3 million in revenue to New York over the next five years.
