The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) announced on Tuesday that a tourist from India who has been confirmed to have measles visited a New York State Thruway Travel Plaza in Herkimer County, a Monroe County hotel, Niagara Falls State Park, and a Niagara Falls restaurant between May 11-12, 2017, potentially exposing others to measles.

Schneiderman announces $18.5 million multistate settlement with Target Corp. over 2013 data breach

New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman on Tuesday announced 47 states and the District of Columbia have reached a $18.5 million settlement with the Target Corp. to resolve the states' investigation into the retail company's 2013 data breach, which affected more than 41 million customer payment card accounts and exposed contact information for more than 60 million customers.

This military timeline event traces the history of Fort Niagara from the early explorers of the 17th century through the mid-20th century. The event features special exhibits, camps, weapons and battle-tactic demonstrations.
