PSE, Unyts announce second One Buffalo Challenge for Life

B Team Buffalo seeks volunteers to 'Send Hunger Packing' on May 23

Coming off a successful "City of Light" holiday-lighting event this past December, all-volunteer organization B Team Buffalo returns to the Black Rock/Riverside neighborhood to continue its charity work. A second signature event for B Team Buffalo, "Send Hunger Packing," will provide hundreds of packages of trail mix and personal care items for Hearts for the Homeless, a local mobile soup kitchen.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation cautioned visitors to natural areas against interacting with newborn fawns and other young wildlife as the peak birthing season starts. Those who see a fawn or other newborn wildlife should enjoy their encounter, but keep it brief, maintain some distance, and not attempt to touch the animal.
