Disney|ABC announced Wednesday it has entered into a development holding agreement with award-winning TV anchor and journalist Tamron Hall. The studio will work with Hall to create and develop a daytime talk show, which she will host, for the syndication marketplace.

Geoffrey S. Berman, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, and William F. Sweeney Jr., the assistant director-in-charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced Wednesday the arrests of Chris Collins, a congressman representing the 27th District of New York; Cameron Collins, the son of Chris Collins; and Stephen Zarsky, the father of Cameron Collins' fiancée. They were arrested on charges of participating in a scheme to commit insider trading relating to securities of Innate Immunotherapeutics ("Innate"), an Australian biotechnology company on whose board of directors Chris Collins served.

Pegula Sports and Entertainment on Tuesday announced the location of the New Era Field "Uber Zone" for the 2018 season. Beginning with the Bills preseason opener on Thursday, the "Uber Zone" will be located on the western end of the adjacent ECC South campus. PSE said the new location allows drivers a quick, convenient and safe way to exit the lot and merge onto either Southwestern Boulevard or Big Tree Road.

The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, the first nonprofit organization in the nation to manage and operate a historic urban park system, on Tuesday announced it has received a $21,315 grant from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Legacy Fund at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo. This grant will allow for much-needed upgrades to the goal mouths of the soccer fields at the Meadow in Delaware Park.

The Como Restaurant will open up a deli at the corner of Center and South Sixth streets, inside what used to be Melloni's Meats and, most recently, Cal's Grinders. Last week, thousands of Christian music fans attended Kingdom Bound - one of the longest-running Christian music festivals in the country and the largest in New York state. New York State Sen. Chris Jacobs announced he has secured $120,000 in state funding for the 12 branch libraries in the 60th Senate District. Artpark's production of "The Odyssey" lived up to billing on Sunday, as the Mainstage Theater show delivered on what the visual and performing arts company promised: Broadway professionals telling the tale of Odysseus and Penelope; grand props, including a spinning stage and a giant monster; members of the community joining together to serve as the people of Ithaca; and even a couple of Easter eggs, in the form of cameos from local celebrities and groups.

Island native Dale Loder passed away peacefully June 4 in Lutz, Florida. He is survived by his loving daughter, Audrey (Ryan) Shaw, and his granddaughter Caitlin, who he adored. He is also survived by his father, Donald; his siblings: Donald Jr. (Karen), Diane (William) Kerner, Douglas (Patricia); and his nieces and nephews. His mother, Dorothy, predeceased him.
