The Super Bowl champion New York Giants host NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys in "NFL Kickoff 2012," the opening game of the 2012 NFL season, it was announced today by the NFL. "NFL Kickoff 2012" will be played on Wednesday, Sept. 5, at 8:30 p.m., with coverage on NBC beginning at 7:30 p.m.
