Buffalo Pro Soccer announced plans to construct a 7,600-seat, privately funded stadium near the Buffalo River in the city's Valley neighborhood. Set to be located at Elk and Lee streets, the stadium will serve as a driving force in the development of a new entertainment district that is taking shape in the City of Buffalo.
