The Buffalo Sabres have announced plans to hold four 50-50 raffle drawings during the team's game Wednesday, Dec. 31, against the Tampa Bay Lightning at First Niagara Center. The grand prize drawing will have a guaranteed minimum pot of $20,015, with the three other drawings having a guaranteed prize amount of $2,015.

On Christmas Day, the Niagara Gospel Rescue Mission and an army of volunteer "angels" continued their "Feed the Falls" tradition, delivering more than 800 meals to needy area residents who might not otherwise have received a hot meal, a compassionate and warm smile, or any good news at all Christmas Day.
