Nicole Meisenburg of Manzella Marketing has been elected president of Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives. She succeeds Lisa Ettipio-Lauciello of Bryant & Stratton, who remains on the board of directors as immediate past president. Jill Pawlik, senior marketing manager at Uniland Development Co., has been named executive vice president.

Erie County Executive Mark C.
