Grammy Award-nominee Kelsea Ballerini, multiplatinum recording artist Alessia Cara, and Broadway's "Hamilton" star and Hollywood Records recording artist Jordan Fisher are scheduled to perform at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards, music's biggest event for families, on Saturday, April 29, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
Winter Storm Stella: Tractor trailer ban continues

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo on Monday declared a state of emergency across all 62 counties in New York ahead of the extreme winter storm that's brought heavy snowfall and high winds. The governor also directed nonessential state employees impacted by the winter storm to stay home from work on Tuesday without having to charge accruals.
