Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, just four days after he turned 41 years old, Brian Lee suffered a heart attack, the after-effects of which continue to pose problems for him. He was in the hospital for a month and had to undergo dialysis for kidneys that weren't functioning fully. During the hospital stay, he lost feeling in his legs and couldn't walk.

Youngstown resident David Graf attended the Village Board meeting Thursday night with a replica of the Cold Storage unit in tow.
