Cooper Sign and Old Glory Flag in Town of Niagara is running a new program, "Operation: Warmth," through Jan. 4, 2013, to get used coats, hats, gloves, scarves, sweatshirts, fleeces and other items for the veterans of Niagara Falls who cannot afford the basic necessities of life.
