Underwood announced a record $174.2 million consumer fraud settlement with Charter Communications Inc. and Spectrum Management Holding Company (together "Charter") for defrauding internet subscribers. Only five evenings remain to experience the Fairgrounds Festival of Lights at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg. Beginning Wednesday, Dec. 19, the festival will feature an expanded schedule. Gates will be open from 5-9 p.m. (through Sunday, Dec. 23), with the buildings and grounds staying open until 10 p.m.

The initiative is coordinated by Sr. Nora Sweeney, D.C., community social worker at the Neighborhood Health Center.
