Residents for Responsible Government announced there will be opportunity for the public to view online the upcoming New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Siting Board hearings consider operations applications by CWM Chemical Services. President Vincent Agnello said RRG created an access link, found at RRG-NY.com, for the public to view the CWM hearings, which start Monday, April 11.

The Tuscarora Nation announced has chosen to close its roads to all non-residents, effective immediately. The matter involves cannabis sales activities, which officials are not in favor of, ongoing at various smoke shop businesses on tribal lands.

The workgroup is conducting a collaborative community health assessment to understand the health needs and concerns of the local communities.

Vietnam Veterans Chapter 268 donates $20,000 to new NCCC Veterans Memorial Park

Members of the Vietnam Veterans Association Chapter 268 attended the Niagara County Community College's board of trustees meeting on Tuesday. The chapter, founded in 1985, has donated more than $180,000 to the Niagara County community - including scholarships to high school graduates to attend college.

Barry Entertainment will present the third annual Village Music Fest from noon until 10 p.m. Aug. 6 at Veterans Park in Youngstown. Canadian Rock band The Trews will headline a show that features 10 local and regional bands, including Melissa Barry & Element, Grub, No Vacancy, Scott Celani, and Tonemah. Launched last July in Erie County, Catholic Health's specialty pharmacy offers comprehensive, personalized pharmacy services for patients with serious chronic health conditions who require complex medication therapies.
