Congressman Brian Higgins announced the passage of H.R. 2142 on Monday. Sponsored by Higgins, the bill designates the Central Park Post Office, at 170 Manhattan Ave., Buffalo, as the "Indiana Hunt-Martin Post Office Building." The facility is named in honor of Women's Army Corps (WAC) veteran Hunt-Martin, a member of the first African American WAC unit - and the only to serve in World War II.

Her team said, "This record-breaking success, more than any other state has ever reported, will generate more than $70 million in tax revenue for New York state, providing funds to be allocated toward programs that support education, youth sports, and more."
Senate Republicans: End COVID mandates

Kathy Hochul and her Department of Health." The Republicans announced they would force a vote on the New York Senate floor to end the mandates.
