It’s back! Get ready to indulge in the culinary event of the year at Fallsview Food and Drink Fest from June 6-8. Featuring a spectacular lineup of celebrity chefs, exquisite food and drink options, and a breathtaking backdrop of Niagara Falls, this year’s event is a feast for your senses with new and returning celebrity and local chefs, live demonstrations, and exclusive experiences for your taste buds.

“Good things come in threes, and this year’s Fallsview Food and Drink Fest is no exception!” said Cathy Price, vice president of marketing and resort operations at Niagara Casinos. “From intimate culinary experiences to high-energy live demos, guests can expect a weekend filled with some of the best in food, drink and entertainment!”

Start the weekend off on Friday, from 7-10 p.m. with our “Celebrity Chef Dine About.” Attend an exclusive evening of fine food, amazing drinks and interact with celebrity chefs Antonia Lofaso, Bob Blumer, Maneet Chauhan and Mary Berg. Sample local food and drink pairings, and enjoy live music provided by DJ JustGeorge.

On Saturday, from 1-5 p.m., don’t miss Fallsview Food Con, an all-inclusive eating extravaganza featuring celebrity chefs and local vendors alike, sharing their incredible, edible creations and live demonstrations.

Back by popular demand, on Sunday, end the weekend with “Brunch with Mary Berg” in 21 Club Steak and Seafood, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy a delightful brunch alongside the award-winning TV host and best-selling author, with a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls.

Meet this year’s Food and Drink Fest celebrity chefs

•Antonia Lofaso, executive chef and owner of Black Market Liquor Bar, Scopa Italian Roots, and DAMA in Los Angeles. Known for blending personal traditions with global influences, Lofaso co-hosts “Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition” and has competed on “Tournament of Champions.” A regular on Food Network, she’s also the founder of Chefletics and Antonia Lofaso Catering.

•Bob Blumer, culinary adventurer, cookbook author and TV host. Blumer is known for his whimsical approach to cooking and record-breaking food feats. He has hosted multiple award-winning shows and is a passionate advocate for food sustainability.

•Maneet Chauhan, celebrated chef, restaurateur, “Chopped” judge and two-time “Tournament of Champions" winner. Chauhan blends her Indian heritage with global culinary influences. She is a James Beard Award recipient and a leader in the international food scene.

•Mary Berg, award-winning TV host, bestselling author, and star of “The Good Stuff with Mary Berg” and “Mary Makes It Easy.” A “MasterChef Canada” winner, Berg has since become one of Canada’s most beloved culinary personalities.

Comedian and TV personality John Catucci, the host of Fallsview’s Food and Drink Fest, is best known for bringing his enthusiasm for great food and storytelling to the Food Network’s Canada series “You Gotta Eat Here!” and “Big Food Bucket List.” A fan favorite among food lovers, he’s ready to bring his signature charm to this year’s festival.

Plus, experience seven additional Canadian chefs from Toronto and Vancouver, who will bring their local flair to this year’s Food and Drink Fest. The event will feature Afrim Pristine of Toronto’s iconic Cheese Boutique (June 6-7); Matt Basile of Fidel Gastro’s and Lisa Marie (June 6); Andrea Buckett, chef, recipe developer, and launching “The Essential Cottage Cookbook” (June 6); Andrea Nicholson, owner of Butchie’s and Banana’s by Butchie’s Ice Cream Sandwiches (June 6-7); Michael Hunter of Antler Kitchen Bar (June 6-7); Craig Wong, owner of JunePlum (June 6-7); and Spencer Watts, launching his new cookbook, “Comfort Food with Spencer Watts” (June 6-7).
