Thomas Moore named executive chef at Niagara Frontier Golf Club

Thomas Moore has been named the executive chef at the Niagara Frontier Golf Club.

The announcement was made by Club President Edward Waller and General Manager Timothy Engel.

Moore, a native of Medina, has more than two decades of experience and training at restaurants throughout the country, most recently as the executive chef at the Bakers Street Steakhouse in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He began his career as a sous chef in Roanoke, Indiana, before moving on to San Diego be a pastry chef at Michel Morlas; executive chef at Eden and the Glass Door restaurants; chef de cuisine at Smokehouse Kings; chef at the Brooklyn Girl Eatery; chef de partie at Kettner Exchange; and chef manager at the Grass Skirt.

At NFGC, Moore will lead the team to service the 300-plus members, as well as food service for numerous outside events.
