Company plans to add three new employees to its workforce and retain seven
Brown Electric, an industrial and commercial contractor that provides electrical services throughout Western New York, on Friday unveiled its newly constructed 8,500-square-foot facility at 6421 Campbell Blvd., in the Town of Pendleton. The building will consolidate the company's operations.
Now that the facility is fully constructed, the company will move its entire operations from its current warehouse/shop facility in the Town of Tonawanda. The total cost of the construction project surpassed $500,000. The company has plans to hire three new employees, while retaining all seven of its current workforce.
The electrical company has been in business for 30 years and outgrew its former warehouse and shop facility in the Town of Tonawanda. The new facility provides much larger office and warehouse space. Brown Electric is a certified Women's Business Enterprise.
Brown Electrical was granted a 10-year commercial payment in lieu of taxes, sales tax abatements and mortgage recording tax abatement from the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency to help the company expand its operations.
