The New York Lottery announced the Powerball jackpot for Wednesday's Jan. 13 drawing is now at $1.3 billion. No one matched all six numbers for Saturday's $947.9 million drawing causing the jackpot to roll to an unprecedented $1.3 billion - or $806 million in a lump sum.
