The New York State Department of Transportation advised motorists to expect lane closures on U.S. Route 62 (Niagara Falls Boulevard) at State Route 425 (Erie Avenue and Shawnee Road) in the City of North Tonawanda, beginning at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10.
