The New York Power Authority will host the 27th annual Wildlife Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 22 and 23. On Thursday, Assemblyman John D. Ceretto, R-I- Lewiston, called the naming of former Court of Appeals Chief Judge Judith Kaye as the third arbiter in the dispute between the Seneca Nation of Indians and the state of New York "significant progress." The arbitration process will be settled by three arbiters, one named by the Senecas, one named by the state of New York, and the third, Kaye, agreed upon by both arbiters.
