ABC on Thursday announced a new unscripted series, "Emergency Call," will debut this fall. Hosted by actor Luke Wilson and produced by 8HOURS TELEVISION, "Emergency Call" is a daring, new hourlong show documenting the first few crucial minutes of emergencies told through the lens of America's heroic 911 call takers. The series is set to premiere Monday, Sept. 28 (10 p.m. EDT), on ABC.

Payment has been requested by means of untraceable services such as gift cards, including Green Dot cards and money transfer apps, including Cash App.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Thursday announced more than $1 million has been awarded as part of the first round of grants being made through the East Side Commercial District Program, part of his East Side Corridor Economic Development Fund. Twenty-two awardees will each receive up to $50,000 in funding for exterior and/or interior repairs to commercial properties located within four targeted commercial districts on Buffalo's East Side.

The New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS) recently announced employer contribution rates for the state fiscal year 2021-22 will increase from 14.6% to 16.2% of payroll for the Employees' Retirement System (ERS) and from 24.4% to 28.3% of payroll for the Police and Fire Retirement System (PFRS).

In mid-July, Catholic Health and its foundations were notified by a third-party software vendor, Blackbaud Inc., of a cyber security breach that impacted the health system and other nonprofit organizations locally and throughout the country. The breach, which was part of a potential donor data base, included the names, medical record numbers, and dates of service for patients who received care in Catholic Health from 2016 through May of this year.
