Town of Niagara gathers for Veterans Day ceremony in Veterans Heights Park

The Town of Niagara community gathered for a Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Veterans Heights Park, located at the intersection of Lawson and Bellreng drives. The event was organized by the Town of Niagara Lions and Lioness clubs.

Four members of the "Greatest Generation" who now live at Schoellkopf Health Center traveled to Hyde Park today to attend Veterans Day ceremonies at the Niagara Falls Veterans Memorial. All four served in the U.S. armed forces in World War II.
