The Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum has unveiled its new exhibit, "Phantom of the Brass Era: The Herschell-Spillman Motor Company." During a grand opening for the exhibit on April 18, the museum also announced the acquisition of a 1923 Standard Sedanette automobile with an intact H-S V-8.

Niagara County announces conviction

Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman announced Kalique Miller, age 19, of Niagara Falls, was sentenced to spend the next 30 years in prison following his conviction of the crimes of attempted murder, attempted aggravated assault of a police officer, and criminal possession of a weapon.
Niagara County partners with Sunnking for electronics recycling

With Earth Day celebrated nationally this Monday, April 22, Niagara County is getting a jump on the festivities by partnering with Sunnking to host an electronics recycling event in Niagara Falls on Saturday. This is a free event open to all Niagara County residents, but registration is required.

Niagara County says park shelter reservations filling up

Niagara County Legislator Shawn Foti today reminded residents that the county began accepting reservations for picnic shelters in county parks in March, and reservations are quickly filling up. The county operates five parks: Krull, Oppenheim, Royalton Ravine, West Canal Marina and Burmaster at Bond Lake.
