To commemorate this event, the Opera Hall Players, who formerly presented the Marble Orchard Ghost Walks, have been rehearsing to a brand-new show: "Phantoms of the Opera Hall."

The Bandana's Super Bowl Sunday chili cookoff to benefit the Youngstown Free Library was a huge success. Fifteen chilis were entered and 75 people paid $10 to sample the chilis and vote on their favorites. After everyone had their fill of chili, the votes were tabulated and the winners were:

Ceramic artist Junko McGee, Matthew SaGurney and Rob Lynch of Solo Roths, as well as artist and curator Dana Murray Tyrrell provided Lew-Port students with an inside perspective of their professional art-making practices through multiple artist workshops.
