Reebok customers get 'Laced by Liv' at Fashion Outlets

On Saturday, the Reebok Factory Store welcomed Olivia Luciani, aka Laced by Liv, for a special shoe-design event. The 25-year-old artist creates one-of-a-kind custom artwork for shoes, and hand-paints the footwear.
Accardo announces county legislature bid

The legislative district includes the Town of Niagara, as well as the DeVeaux section of Niagara Falls, and portions of Hyde Park.

A Niagara County Sheriff's Office K-9, named Chief, has received a bullet and stab protective vest, thanks to a charitable donation from nonprofit organization Vested Interest in K9s Inc. The vest was sponsored by Pam, Corey and Todd Harmon of Lockport and embroidered with the sentiment "In memory of Chief Craig C. Harmon."

More than 500 fire departments across New York have already signed up for the ninth annual RecruitNY Weekend (April 27-28). RecruitNY is a cornerstone campaign of the Firemen's Association of the State of New York (FASNY), with the goal of increasing membership in the state's volunteer fire service. On March 11, at approximately 5:26 p.m., a Niagara County Sheriff's deputy initiated a traffic stop on an uninspected motor vehicle. Upon stopping the vehicle, the deputy discovered the vehicle to be operated by 50-year-old Jeffrey J. Fader. In the vehicle was a 14-year-old child.
