Trellis Marketing Press Release & Photos
Since 2009, Capstream Technologies LLC has provided premiere audio and visual solutions to businesses and organizations across Western New York. This baseball season, Capstream has been tapped by the Buffalo Bisons to be an integral part of improving the audio and visual gameday experience for baseball fans at Sahlen Field.
Conducted over an estimated 18 months, the initial phase of improvements consists of a backend infrastructure assessment and upgrades to be completed by the Bisons opening day game on Friday, March 28. Additional phases will address amp re-tuning, speaker upgrades and placement, and integrations with broadcast and video feeds. Buffalo Bisons, in response to audience feedback, engaged Capstream based on its track record, commitment to fully complete the audio-visual challenge, and proven ability to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
Capstream Technologies partners Howard Martin, Matt Hake, Brian Perkins and Jason Hake, and original founder Kevin McWhite, will be on hand for the Bisons’ annual “What’s New in the Ballpark” media event on Thursday, March 13, to give a progress update. This media-only event features many of the new food items, promotions, merchandise and team jersey designs the Bisons will be introducing to their fans during the 2025 season. In addition to participating at the media event, Capstream will be actively engaged throughout the season working real-time to refine the Sahlen Field audio visuals to provide the most technologically advanced audience experience.
“We are beyond excited to work with the Bisons,” Martin said. “This project is a huge milestone for Capstream, and it's not just about providing cutting-edge audio and visual technologies. This project will elevate the fan experience and make the audience feel as if they are on the field and part of the game. We are very excited to provide this experience for Buffalo sports fans.”

Buffalo Bisons General Manager Anthony Sprague said, “Our goal every baseball season is to provide our fans the absolute best ballpark experience, and we’re excited Capstream will help us deliver an exceptional gameday product to our fans. Partnering with Capstream for the overhaul of Sahlen Field’s sound system has been a great decision because the AV professionals at Capstream have been able to expertly rebuild and renovate a sound system that was nearing 40 years in age to one that will significantly complement and enhance our entertainment efforts.”
