Speakers across the retail food and service sectors will share the ways in which they delight their customers at the 2023 Niagara University Food Industry Center of Excellence Summit, Thursday, Sept. 21, at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo, 2 Fountain Plaza, Buffalo.
Speakers include Rebecca Brady, founder and CEO of Top Seedz; Josh Halpern, CEO of Big Chicken; and Jamie Obletz, president of Delaware North Sportservice. Michael Urness, founder and managing partner of the Seurat Group, will moderate an executive panel discussion. Panelists include Ronald Ferri, president of Tops Markets; Donald Hughes II, president of Bellissimo Foods; and Mike DeCory, vice president of meat and seafood merchandising at Wegmans.
