Culinary-themed week airs March 1-5
Beginning Monday, March 1, hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest kick off “Live’s Cooking School: Gadget Edition,” a week-long series of demonstrations designed as a primer for explaining the latest tools and devices in kitchenware.
On Monday, Food & Wine’s Justin Chapple starts the week by sharing tips and tricks for air fryers. Chef Alex Guarnaschelli from the Food Network stops by Tuesday to demonstrate how to properly use a pressure cooker. On Wednesday, chef Melba Wilson from New York’s famed Melba’s restaurant shares a guide to cooking with cast iron. “Top Chef” competitor chef Dale Talde gives a lesson on sous vide cooking on Thursday. Finishing up “Live’s Cooking School: Gadget Edition” on Friday, chef Eric Ripert explains techniques for using various small gadgets in the kitchen.
