Food Network offers live Thanksgiving help with recipes, tips & cooking classes

2-hour live, interactive event ‘The Kitchen: Thanksgiving Live’ immediately followed by live classes on Food Network Kitchen app & all weeklong leading up to food's biggest holiday Including Alton Brown live on Thanksgiving Day

Just in time for Thanksgiving, Food Network and Food Network Kitchen offer live classes and a two-hour live, on-air special, packed with recipes, tips and entertaining advice for the biggest food holiday of the year.

On Saturday, Nov. 23 (11 a.m. ET), “The Kitchen” co-hosts, Sunny Anderson, Alex Guarnaschelli, Katie Lee, Jeff Mauro and Geoffrey Zakarian are joined by Alton Brown in the special “The Kitchen: Thanksgiving Live” as they share time-saving tips and answer viewers' calls for help, while also demonstrating some of their family recipes to make the holiday meal a success. Viewers can sign up here for a chance to have their questions answered live during the show.

Following “The Kitchen: Thanksgiving Live,” fans can head to the Food Network Kitchen app to join the cast live for more recipes and ideas on how to make this year's Thanksgiving the best it can be.

A complete lineup of live classes is available within the app, some Thanksgiving-week highlights include: Bobby Flay and Guarnaschelli on Monday, Nov. 25; Flay and Martha Stewart on Tuesday; Amanda Freitag and Eddie Jackson on Wednesday; Alton on Thanksgiving Day; and Jet Tila on Saturday, Nov. 30.

With Food Network Kitchen, fans can now stream live cooking classes with two-way interaction, allowing users to communicate in real-time with Food Network's culinary experts. The new app is broadly available now across Amazon Echo Show, Fire Tablets and Fire TV streaming media devices, as well as iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android mobile devices, and across additional platforms and devices in 2020.
