Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has promoted Tristan D. Greer to the newly created position of manager of compliance and 340B. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Sheila K. Kee made the announcement.
Greer is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned a master’s degree in health care administration, and the University of Arizona, where she was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology.
Greer joined the medical center staff as 340B program coordinator in July 2015. In that role, she provided day-to-day management and compliance review of that federal program, which requires drug manufacturers to provide outpatient drugs to eligible health care organizations and covered entities at significantly reduced prices.
In her new position, Tristan will assist Chief Quality and Compliance Officer Anne Passalugo in administering the medical center’s corporate compliance program, ensuring it functions as an independent and objective body that reviews, promotes and evaluates compliance concerns within all entities of the medical center. She will continue to manage the 340B program.
