From potlucks and pool parties to brunch and baker basics, all week long summer cooking school is in session on "The Chew." Listings are as follows (and are subject to change):
Monday, July 17 - "Summer Cooking School: Global Potluck Party" - Carla and Michael whip up yummy cauliflower curry samosas; and, inspired by a recent vacation, Clinton shows off his secret to succulent chicken yakitori, paired with a cherry sake cocktail.

Cheech Marin shows Michael how to make Cheech's lobster and corn salad from the new cookbook, "Cheech Is Not My Real Name...But Don't Call Me Chong." Clinton's got the recipe for a cool duo: a lemon cucumber yogurt dip and chocolate coffee dessert dip. Daphne shows off the best crafts to engage the kids poolside.
Wednesday, July 19 - "Summer Cooking School: Master The Classics" - Clinton schools viewers in apple tarte tatin, while renowned chef Daniel Boulud teams up with Mario to make a definitive poule au pot. Michael shows how easy it can be to make your own vanilla bean crème brulee.
Thursday, July 20 - "Summer Cooking School: Back To Baking Basics" - Buddy Valastro ("Cake Boss") shares two cake-decorating tips with Carla. Clinton has a store-bought baked solution for strawberry cookie bars. Mario makes a mouth-watering chocolate pecan pie while answering audience questions.
Friday, July 21 - "Summer Cooking School: How To Get Away With Brunch" - Charlie Weber ("How to Get Away With Murder") makes spinach and ham frittata with Carla. "The Chew" visits Grand Banks, an organization to clean up New York Harbor, one oyster at a time. Michael and Clinton make a delicious breakfast combo - stuffed french toast with bacon bourbon maple syrup and paired with a fellen-grapefruit delight.
