A chili cook-off to benefit The Friends of Youngstown Free Library was held at Bandana's Bar and Grill on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 2. Ten people made chili and brought it in to be tasted and voted on by a large and hungry crowd.
A total of $420 was raised for the library from the $3 tasting fee and a raffle for a trunk and sweatshirts.
In the photos, voting was done by visitors of all ages; the chili was hot and ready to eat; and the trunk and sweatshirts were raffled. (photos by Wayne Peters)
