'The Chew' is all-new in 2014 with dishes, drinks and everything in between

Celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Michael Symon and Carla Hall, entertaining expert Clinton Kelly and health and wellness enthusiast Daphne Oz welcome the new year with a slew of great tips.

For the week of Jan. 7-10 (subject to change; weekdays, 1 p.m. on ABC):

Tuesday, Jan. 7 - "Start The Year Off Light" - "The Chew" is helping viewers kick-off the New Year with healthy yet delicious recipes. Chef Eduardo Garcia, who cooks with a bionic hand, joins Mario Batali in the kitchen.

Wednesday, Jan. 8 - "Take Out With A Twist" - It's take-out in no time as "The Chew" shares some easy and affordable recipes that taste just like your favorite restaurant take out; Gabrielle Union ("Being Mary Jane") stops by to cook with Mario Batali.

Thursday, Jan. 9 - "Crunchfest 2014" - It's an hour of flavorful and delicious recipes that pack the perfect crunch.

Friday, Jan. 10 - "Extra Value Friday: Guilt-Free Goodies" - Clinton Kelly and Mario Batali make a fennel and pomegranate crostini and clementine, pecan and goat cheese bites that pack on tons of flavor without packing on the pounds; Mexican chef Pati Jinich helps Carla Hall and Daphne Oz create a Mexican frittata with a light and refreshing arugula and radish salad.
