Sabres acquire two draft picks from Los Angeles Kings for defenseman Regehr

Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier announced Monday that the Sabres have traded defenseman Robyn Regehr to the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for Los Angeles' second-round draft picks in the 2014 and 2015 NHL Entry Drafts.

Regehr was acquired by Buffalo in 2011 from Calgary, along with Ales Kotalik and a second round pick in 2012, in exchange for Chris Butler and Paul Byron. In 105 games played with the Sabres, Regehr recorded seven points (one goal, six assists) and 77 penalty minutes.
