Victoria Smith has been named Miss Ransomville for the 2024 racing season.

A native of Lockport, Smith has been coming to Ransomville for as long as she can remember, since she was little.

“My papa is my biggest supporter, and he is looking forward to seeing me shine as Miss Ransomville,” Smith said. Her favorite division is the Sprint Cars.

She continued, “I wanted to be Miss Ransomville because this is an opportunity for me to get out of my comfort zone more than what I already am, and doing Miss Ransomville for my home track would be a blast!”

Outside of racing, Smith is inspiring to be a nurse and her favorite hobby is bowling. She likes mild food, loves warm weather, and her favorite color is black. She has two pets, a dog named Leo, and a cat named Kitty.

Fans will see Smith at events both on Thursdays for the “Little R” and on Fridays at the “Big R.”

Ransomville Speedway management would like to welcome Victoria Smith to the Ransomville family.

The 2024 season will get underway on Friday, April 26, for “Test, Tune, and Time,” with the 66th season opener taking place on Friday, May 3.

Ransomville Speedway is located on Braley Road in the hamlet of Ransomville. “The Big R” is a 3/8th-mile DIRTcar-sanctioned facility that is the “Home of the Summer Nationals.” Ransomville also features a 1/16th-mile go-kart track for action on the “Little R” on Thursday nights.
