The Buffalo Sabres today announced defenseman Mike Weber will donate Sabres tickets to soldiers this season as part of the "Tickets for Troops" program. Weber will provide a pair of tickets to a different military member from Western New York starting with the Oct. 4 home opener against Ottawa, and continuing for each of Buffalo's 40 remaining regular season home games this season.

Military members who would like to be considered for these tickets can visit www.Sabres.com to complete the "Tickets for Troops" application. The seats are located in Sec 100, Row 18, and each troop receives a Sabres jersey at the game.

"Tickets for Troops" is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 to show appreciation for and give thanks to the members of the military for the hardships they endure and the sacrifices they make while on deployment.
