The City of Niagara Falls is obviously known for the world-class tourist attraction of the falls themselves, but the downtown area of the city has plenty to offer for visitors and local residents alike. Savor Restaurant within the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI) is a premier destination for guests to enjoy a delicious meal with a unique experience.

Savor Restaurant is a hands-on culinary classroom for students studying culinary arts or hospitality at NFCI, giving them the background they need to hit the ground running in a career after graduation. Guests of the restaurant get to see firsthand as chef instructors train students in the open kitchen while enjoying top-notch service from the attentive wait staff.

While the setting is certainly worth a visit in and of itself, the quality of the food at Savor will have you coming back for more. The reasonably priced menu features a $15 prix fixe lunch or $25 prix fixe dinner that includes a starter, main dish and dessert. All cuisine is made from scratch and guests can even enjoy selections from a full bar.

Beginning Friday, Savor will be open for lunch (11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and dinner (5-9 p.m.) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Reservations can be made at the restaurant by calling 716-210-2580 or by visiting nfculinary.org/savor.
