"I Can Only Imagine" (Lionsgate, Roadside Attractions), the movie based on the life of MercyMe frontman Bart Millard - who wrote the mega-hit song after the loss of his father to cancer - shattered pre-weekend tracking expectations to become No. 3 at the box-office this weekend - and the No. 1 faith-based movie of 2018. The film took in an estimated $17,064,640 for a per-screen average of $10,475 from 1,629 locations in North America.

The premier Pink Floyd tribute band will bring its "Eclipse World Tour 2018" to Lewiston - promising "45 years of The Dark Side of the Moon' " - on July 31. The powerful song has emerged as an anthem of the student-led movement to end gun violence, written by students Sawyer Garrity, 16, and Andrea Peña, 15, just days after the Feb. 14 tragedy that claimed 17 lives and wounded many others.
