The Historic Palace Theatre will host its "Palace Cash Raffle" as a grand reopening event after being closed for renovation the past three months. The evening will feature behind-the-scenes tours of the new renovations, cuisine from 80 Main, a basket raffle, a Mills Jewelers diamond raffle, and the chance to win $2,500, $1,000 or $500.
