Mid-summer has hit Western New York, and with it comes Cornell Cooperative Extension's annual Niagara County Fair, running all day from Wednesday, Aug. 3, to Sunday, Aug. 7. The Rev. Msgr. Anthony Caligiuri, 92, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016. "Monsignor" was pastor at St. Peter R.C. Church in Lewiston from 1977 until his retirement in December 1999. He was designated pastor emeritus.
