Kloch reserves judgment on jet boat case dismissal

State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. took no action Thursday morning on a motion to dismiss the lawsuit Jerome Williams and Lewiston Management Group LLC filed against Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours and the Village of Lewiston. Having received new paperwork this week from the plaintiffs, Kloch reserved judgment, saying, "I'm not going to rush into it. I know it's an important matter" for all involved.

Williams brought suit in March, challenging the validity of a lease agreement between the village and Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours. WJBT counsel John Bartolomei filed a motion to dismiss in November.
