Local author Timothy Henderson read from his recently published book "Isle of View," which is a collection of poems that his father, John Henderson, wrote as a young man in the 1930s and ’40s. They were discovered hidden away in the back of an old closet after 85 years. The event was timed to celebrate Father's Day. Shown is the author with local celebrity Marc Melzer (aka Rodney Dangerfield) and Henderson addressing the Senior Center audience.
