BNP Pro Free membership, sponsored by National Grid, aims to remove financial barriers to valuable resources that fuel growth

Buffalo Niagara Partnership Press Release

Continuing a legacy of leading through actions that positively impact our community, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership is proud to mark Small Business Week with the introduction of a new membership level designed to fuel the growth of Western New York’s smallest businesses.

BNP Pro Free will be available to local businesses with five employees or fewer, as well as locally owned and operated bars and restaurants of all sizes. With the generous support of National Grid, BNP Pro Free members will have complimentary access to a range of benefits, from workshops to networking events.

While many benefits will remain exclusive to members who belong to a paid tier, BNP Pro Free was designed to offer attractive features that will strengthen the value of membership for all.

“We are committed to ensuring financial barriers don’t prevent our region’s smallest local businesses from getting the support they need,” says Dottie Gallagher, president and CEO of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. “BNP Pro Free is our moment to double down on our support for small businesses as they navigate the same complicated landscape as larger organizations.”

The Partnership has long welcomed businesses of all sizes. In fact, 25% of current members have 25 or fewer employees. BNP Pro Free membership benefits include:

√ Premier networking: The chance to connect year-round with Western New York’s top business leaders and decision-makers.

√ Valuable workshops: A new learning series focused on topics that help businesses grow.

√ Inclusion in membership directory: Ability to get business’ details in front of the right people and boost SEO with a listing on The Partnership’s website.

√ U.S. Chamber of Commerce membership: Instant access to the resources of the world’s largest business organization.

√ Exclusive newsletter & alerts: Real-time insights and news that impacts business decisions.

“This new offering will undoubtedly serve as a powerful resource for our region’s vital network of small business professionals, and ultimately strengthen our community,” said Ken Kujawa, regional director for National Grid. “We appreciate The Partnership’s leadership in providing innovative solutions that bolster small enterprises, as well as local bar and restaurant businesses; and we look forward to supporting this important initiative.”
