Gloria Slovick passed away on March 17, 2024, under the care of Palomar Medical Center, San Diego, California. She was 93 years old.
Gloria was the beloved wife of the late Albert Slovick; the devoted mother to Larry Slovick (Mary Slovick) and Donna Appenzeller (late Bill Appenzeller); the adored grandmother of Matthew, Sara, Kate and Kelly; and the cherished great-grandmother of Rowan, Callie and Avery.
Gloria loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family. She also enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino and spending time at the Golden Age Center.
Gloria will be remembered at a memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at St. Stephen R.C. Church, 2100 Baseline Road, Grand Island.
